How it works

  • Project developer funds the acquisition of ONIL stoves and distributes them within the communities 
  • The new cookstoves improve community well-being by reducing time spent gathering firewood, burn injuries and air pollution
  • Improved cookstoves result in a reduction of CO2 emissions

To ensure transparency, Green Story Carbon Registry tracks issuance and retirement of carbon credits for all projects on the Green Story offset platform.
